I'm so excited right now, this is the first giveaway I launch, and on top of that it's INTERNATIONAL!

That's right beautiful, these nail polishes can be yours!

I chose some darker colors because Summer is almost ending, so I chose three colors for you to have a very fashionable fall season :) I personally would wear all of them in any season, but for the Fall and Winter they are perfect. The names are in portuguese because Cliché is a portuguese brand, but the blue one name means "Russian Blue", the one in the middle means "Mulberry" and the red one "Cheeky".

 

One lucky winner will win the three nail polishes! The giveaway ends on October 8th, my birthday :D

Hi birds!

 

Another outfit from Polyvore. I love clothes, so I can spend hours putting outfits together, it's so much fun! :)

The site has the option to choose every piece under 50$. I did that so the outfit could be relatively affordable.

 

I put together a Summer look. Summer's almost over, but we can still enjoy the hot weather!

The short sleeve shirt is from Dorothy Perkins (36€), distressed shorts from Quiksilver (39€), Summer sandals by Charlotte Russe, brown backpack from shopko.com and the vintage sunglasses are from ebay.co.uk (9,99$).

 

It's the perfect look to go to the beach or go to hangout with your friends and family, but only by daytime!

Aqui está outro conjunto feito no Polyvore. Eu adoro roupa, portanto eu posso passar horas a combinar peças, é mesmo divertido! :)

O site tem a opção de reduzirem as peças para valores abaixo dos 50$. Fiz isso com este conjunto para que ficasse relativamente barato.

 

Decidi fazer um conjunto de Verão. Eu sei que o Verão está quase a acabar, mas ainda podemos aproveiar o calor!

A camisola de manga curta é da Dorothy Perkins (36€), os calções de aspecto gasto da Quiksilver (39€), as sandálias rasas são da Charlotte Russe, a mochila da shopko.com e os óculos vintage estão à venda no ebay (9,99$).

Outfit Of The Day: Yes or No?

Hey beautiful!!

So I had never tried putting an online outfit together. This was the first time I used Polyvore and so far so good :)

The dress is from Dorothy Perkins (35£), noir opaque tights from Barneys (66£), light pink pumps from River Island (95$) and the red satchel is from A Wear (40$).

I think it's a nice outfit to hang out with your friends or to go on a date with your boyfriend. I love everything, but for me the dress is the best because it's gorgeous and it's really affordable :)

Bem, nunca tinha tentado fazer um conjunto a partir de um site online. Esta foi a primeira vez que usei o Polyvore e até agora tudo bem :)

O vestido com bolas é da Dorothy Perkins (35£), collants opacos pretos da Barneys (66£), sapatos de salto rosa claros da loja River Island (95$) e a mala vermelha é da loja A Wear (40$).

Acho que é um bom conjunto para ir dar uma volta com os amigos ou até para um encontro com o namorado. Adoro tudo, mas a minha eça preferida é o vestido porque é lindo e está bastante em conta :)

Review: Cliché Nail Polish

Hi girls!

This nail polish is from Cliché and it's called Cancun. This is a mint color, so I think it's very appropriate for Summer, it gives you that splash of color and it looks really nice. I think my nails look aweome, considering the fact that I was in a hurry and painted them over a glitter nail polish. 2 coats of Cliché nail polish and voilà, they look amazing! On top of me being in a hurry, I didn't have time to apply any finishing top coat. I have this color for about 6 days now (August 31st) and they still look good.

I really recommend Cliché to everyone, they are really cheap, it paints really well and dry quickly. I have 3 more nail polishes from them and I'll definitely buy some more.

Olá meninas!

Este verniz é da cliché e chama-se Cancun. Esta é uma cor menta, pelo que acho que é bastante apropriada para o Verão, dá aquele toque de cor e fica muito bem. Acho que as minhas unhas estão óptimas, visto que estava com pressa e pintei por cima de um verniz com brilhants. Duas camadas do verniz da Cliché e voilà, ficaram espectaculares! Ainda por cima, como estava com pressa, não tive tempo de aplicar um verniz transparente para finalizar. Tenho esta cor há cerca de 6 dias (31 de Agosto) e elas ainda continuam com bom aspecto.

Recomendo o verniz da Cliché a todos: são baratos, pintam muito bem e secam rapidamente. Tenho mais 3 vernizes desta marca e sei que vou mesmo comprar mais.

Brian Atwood Shoes: Yes or No?

Hi posh VIP!!

Well, I saw these Brian Atwood heels and I had to pick my jaw off the floor... THEY ARE PERFECT!! Love the nude color, they make you legs look longer, and the black heel makes the shoe a little more edgier.
I could consider them as the perfect shoes IF they weren't that high and if I knew how to walk in them. I just can't walk in stilletos, the heels would break in the streets of Lisbon. We have cobblestone sidewalks, so I think it's really impossible.
But I would buy them just for staring at them, they're gorgeous!!

What do you think? Hot or not?

Olá estilosas!

 

Bem, eu vi estes sapatos do Brian Atwood e imediatamente tive de apanhar o meu queixo do chão... SÃO PERFEITOS!! Adoro a cor nude, fazem as pernas parecerem mais compridas e o salto preto torna o sapato mais arrojado.

Eu até consideraria andar nestes saltos perfeitos SE não fossem tão altos e se eu soubesse andar neles. Não consigo andar em saltos agulha e aposto que estes então se partiriam nas ruas de Lisboa. Como estão aquele tipo de calçada acho que é mesmo impossível andar em saltos tão finos.

Mas era capaz de os comprar só para ficar a olhar para eles, são lindos!

Hey magical creatures!

Another DIY, that's right! This time it's about changing your shoes! How? Simple, just paint them!

My sister, in the 90's, was always scratching her white all stars and she gave pens to her friends to write in them. I thought it was a silly idea, but now I'm all in favor of doing whatever you like!!

Olá criaturas mágicas!

Outro DIY, é verdade! Desta vez tem a ver com uma mudança nos sapatos! Como? É simples, pintem-nos!

A minha irmã, nos anos 90, estava sempre a rabiscar os All Star brancos que tinha e ela até dava canetas aos amigos para eles escreverem e assinarem. Eu achava a ideia um bocado ridícula, mas agora sou toda a favor de que devem fazer o que gostam!

DIY: Feather Nails ^-^

Hey little owls!!

I think this is an amazing DIY and it's the easiest thing ever!
You just need to give a primer coat of any color you want and then apply an actual feather in each one of your nails. If you want a pop of color, paint the primer coat of a neon color. Don't forget to finish with a coat of sheer nail polish. I think it's really simple and it looks awesome :)

Acho que este é um óptimo DIY (Faça Você Mesmo) e é a coisa mais fácil de sempre!
Só precisam de dar uma primeira camada da cor que vocês quiserem e de seguida aplicar uma pena real em cada uma das unhas. Se querem adicionar um pouco de cor pintam a primeira camada de uma cor fluorescente ou forte. Não se esqueçam de terminar com uma camada de verniz transparente.
Acho que fica btural e é super simples :)

Please if you know where I can get this parfum, you would make a girl really happy!

Dexter Season 7: Am I the only one super curious?

Hey everyone!

Today I'm going to show you a little bit of one of my favourite places here in Portugal: Sintra.
The pictures are all mine, so they might not be the most beautiful, but I hope you enjoy.
Sintra has a rustic feel in all it's extension. For me it's a magical place, really. I just LOVE it! The castle and the palace on top of the hill are great. The Palace of Feather (Palácio da Pena) is really colorful from the outside, but sober on the inside. Much like it, Sintra has a really beautiful side, with all its gardens and beautiful landscapes, but you also can go to the middle of the village, where a lot is going on!!!
You have to visit it, I totally recomend it!

Hoje vou mostrar-vos um dos meus lugares favoritos aqui em Portugal: Sintra.
As imagens são todos minhas, por isso podem não ser as mais bonitas, mas espero que gostem.
Sintra transmite um sentimento de antiguidade em toda a sua extensão. Para mim é um lugar mágico, a sério. Simplesmente ADORO! O castelo e o palácio no topo da colina são óptimos. O Palácio da Pena é muito colorido na parte de fora, mas com um aspecto sóbrio no interior. Muito parecido com o palácio, Sintra tem um lado muito bonito, com todos os seus jardins e belas paisagens, mas também temos o meio da vila, onde a azáfama é muita!
Têm que visitar, eu recomendo mesmo!

What to wear with these lovely pieces?

Hi everyone!!

Well I went shopping for some stuff about a month ago. Although i just bought two pieces, it was a great day :) Being in stores just brings me peace and when I shop for something I feel really happy and silly, because I start jumping and giggling like a little girl (I know, i'm childish!)

The shorts I bought are the same of the picture, but the shirt I bought is from another store, called Shana, but it's very similar to the one above, only yellow :)

 

I wanted your opinion on something: in which ocasions can I use my new clothes (together or separate) and can you create a great look?

Hope you like the pieces, because I love them!!!

Olá pessoas!

Bem, eu fui comprar algumas coisas há cerca de um mês atrás. Apesar de só ter comprado duas peças, foi um grande dia :) Estar nas lojas dá-me paz e quando eu compro alguma coisa sinto-me muito feliz e totó, porque começo a dar saltinhos e a rir como uma menina (eu sei, sou infantil!)

Os calções que comprei são os mesmos da foto, mas a camisa que eu comprei é de outra loja, Shana, mas é muito semelhante à anterior, só que amarela :)

Queria a vossa opinião numa coisa: em que alturas é que posso usar as minhas roupas novas (juntas ou separadas) e criar um grande look?

Espero que gostem das peças, porque eu adoro-as!

Urban Decay or NYX Naked Pallete: who has tried it?

Hey girls!!

Well, I'm in love for the Naked Pallette quite a long time now, but I'm a very undecisive girl, so I am always analysing all the colours. I don't like to spend money, so I'm always thinking of good investments! This is the part where you can help me!

Update: Someone in Luuux told me about the NYX Butt Naked Palette. It's half the price from the Urban Decay Naked Pallete.


Any of the lovely girls has bought it? Do you think it looks good in brown eyes? Do you try either one of the two palletes?

Bem, eu estou apaixonada pela Naked Pallette já há algum tempo, mas eu sou uma rapariga muito indecisa, por isso estou sempre a ver as cores. Eu não gosto de gastar dinheiro, por isso estou sempre à espera de bons investimentos! Esta é a parte em que me podes ajudar!

Update: Alguém no Luuux falou-me sobre a NYX Butt Naked Palette. É metade do preço da Pallete Naked da Urban Decay.

Qualquer uma das meninas encantadoras a comprou? Acham que fica bem em olhos castanhos? Já experimentaste alguma das palletes?

Perfect floral dress: has anyone found it yet?

Hey guys!

So i'm on a demand: to find the perfect floral dress. So far it has been an impossible mission.

I went shopping and I saw a lot of clothes... However my perfect dress isn't anywhere to be found! I'm starting to think I'm too picky, but I hope I will find it soon.

Im going to let here some things that makes a perfect dress for me:
1. One shoulder
2. Above the knee lenght (not too high though!!)
3. Maybe a ruffle in the one shoulder, but that's opcional :)

What about you, have you found your perfect floral dress yet? If so, let me know ;)
If you know a dress with some of the things I described, please let me know too!

Olá pessoal!

Bem, agora tenho um objectivo: encontrar o vestido floral perfeito. Mas até agora tem sido uma missão impossível.

Fui às compras e vi um monte de roupas ... No entanto o meu vestido perfeito não está em lado nenhum para ser encontrado! Eu estou a começar a achar que eu sou muito exigente, mas espero encontrá-lo em breve.

Vou deixar aqui algumas coisas que definem um vestido perfeito para mim:

1. Ter apenas um ombro
2. Comprimento acima do joelho (mas não muito curto também!)
3. Talvez folhos num ombro, mas isso é opcional :)

E tu, já encontraste o teu vestido floral perfeito? Se sim, quero saber ;)
Se souberes de algum vestido com algumas das coisas que eu descrevi, por favor digam-me também!

Hi cupcakes!!!!

Well, this is my first post ever in Blogger. I'm really excited about this!

I wanted to welcome you all to my special place, the Rita Sprinkles* blog. Although I'm from Portugal, I'll write all my posts in english so I can reach not only a national, but also an international audience :)
I'm a little crazy. I believe in Santa Claus, fairies, leprechauns and pixies. But I'm a nice girl!
